1 Flameproof cooling structure: Patented cooling design increases heat dissipation area. The flameproof enclosure features high mechanical strength and can withstand up to 1 MPa pressure.
2 High-voltage winding: Continuous structure with improved thermal performance and mechanical strength. Partial discharge ≤ 5 pC, ensuring higher operational reliability.
3 Low-voltage winding: Patented spiral/foil structure (002219069), providing resistance to moisture, dust, and salt spray, with strong short-circuit and impact resistance.
4 High-quality core: Grain-oriented silicon steel with 45° step-lap construction and anti-corrosion coating, reducing no-load loss and noise.
5 NOMEX insulation system: Uses DuPont NOMEX paper insulation, offering high safety margin and strong reliability.
