Product Description
1 High-quality silicon steel sheets with high magnetic permeability are selected and processed using a multi-step step-lap stacking technique, achieving lower no-load losses and improved energy efficiency.
2 First in China to adopt a Nomex paper insulation system, specifically designed for shipboard and offshore platform transformers, providing excellent insulation performance and reliability.
3 The core can be manufactured using two advanced processes: VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) or epoxy resin vacuum casting, meeting different environmental and performance requirements.
4 All fasteners and exposed conductive parts are specially treated to fully meet stringent requirements for moisture resistance, salt fog resistance, and mold resistance.
5 A uniquely designed enclosure with an integrated waterproof groove, offering protection up to IP44, ensuring safe operation in harsh environments.
6 A hybrid cooling system combining air cooling and water cooling, delivering excellent heat dissipation performance and strong overload capability.

Cable Gland Design
Cable glands are installed on the transformer tank for cable entry and exit. The position can be arranged on the left or right side.

Coils and insulation components are specially treated for harsh marine environments with high humidity and salt fog, ensuring longer service life and reliable operation.
