Product Description
1 High-quality, high magnetic permeability silicon steel sheets are used, combined with a multi-step lap stacking process to effectively reduce no-load loss.
2 Nomex insulation system is adopted, making it one of the first in China to produce transformers suitable for ships and offshore platforms.
3 The core design supports dual process systems, with options for VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) or epoxy vacuum casting.
4 All fasteners and exposed conductive parts are specially treated to meet requirements for moisture resistance, salt fog resistance, and mold resistance.
5 The enclosure features a built-in waterproof groove design, with a protection level up to IP44, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
6 Supports an air-water cooling structure combining air cooling and water cooling, providing strong overload capacity.
