YBF Series Wind & Solar Prefabricated Substation integrates high-voltage switchgear, step-up transformer, and low-voltage distribution equipment into a compact enclosure for wind and photovoltaic power plants. It enables voltage stepping from 0.315–1 kV to 10/35 kV for grid connection. The design is compact, highly weather-resistant, and suitable for rapid outdoor deployment in harsh environments.

Product Description
1 Advanced electrostatic spraying technology: The enclosure adopts an electrostatic coating process to enhance corrosion resistance and effectively prevent rusting and color fading.
2 Intelligent control system: Equipped with an intelligent control system supporting both local operation and remote monitoring, with SCADA “four remote” functions (telemetry, remote signaling, remote control, and remote adjustment).
3 Natural ventilation design: Sufficient natural ventilation is provided to ensure normal heat dissipation of the equipment.
4 Forced ventilation system: When ambient temperature approaches 40°C, the system automatically activates forced ventilation to maintain stable operating conditions.
